National Roast Suckling Pig Day!

National Roast Suckling Pig Day takes place on December 18th. A whole roasted pig is a symbol of a huge festival. This fancy meal takes a lot of time to prepare. Almost an entire day of roasting is required in order to be able to enjoy a suckling pig in observance of National Roast Suckling Pig Day. Even though it is not quite Christmas, it gives people yet another day to celebrate and to get into the holiday spirit.
