I would like to suggest some of the reasons why you should consider Quaker Valley Foods as a primary, secondary or promotional supplier for you.

  1. Quaker Valley Foods is small enough to offer personalized service, but large enough to offer competitive pricing.
  2. You can use us like your own warehouse – we are carrying nearly every item in your meat and deli departments as well as hot dogs and packaged bacon.  You can order any of these items from us whenever you want to – without strings or limits or rules.  We take orders up until 5:00 for next day delivery – including on Sundays.
  3. We have items that you might not have access to – like inexpensive high quality cheese such as our own Main Street label.  We have many retail accounts that feature this cheese along with Hormel 10% hams in their regular weekly and 1-day sales.
  4. In falling markets, our business model allows you to buy much cheaper.  Our larger national competitors need to order product weeks and months in advance to assure adequate supplies and fill rates.  We are much more nimble, and in falling markets we are buying day to day which gives us a significant price advantage.  This can amount to significantly lower prices, which we are happy to share with you.
  5. We want to build your business with you and will go out of our way to help you grow and to make money.  We are looking to build long term business relationships, not make a quick buck.
