It’s National Hot Breakfast Month!

February is Hot Breakfast Month!  The word “Breakfast” literally means to break the fast from a night of sleep.  The most important meal of the day can be enjoyed in many ways, mostly based on where you are from.  In most of the United States, cereal is the most consumed breakfast food, but who actually prefers cereal?  The way most people like to spice up their breakfast is to add some type of meat to the meal.  This can be done in many ways.  Here are some ideas to spark your interest!

Full Irish Breakfast:  The Irish motto for breakfast is “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper” This breakfast is sure to fill you up for a long day.  Serve with tea and orange juice and enjoy this Irish delicacy.
