Saturday is National Bouillabaisse Day!

National Bouillabaisse Day is on December 14th! Bouillabaisse is a delicious fish stew that originated in France and is perfect to eat during the cold winter months, especially around the holidays. This French dish uses a variety of seafood, including shrimp, snapper, lobster, octopus and clams, as well as different herbs and spices. Bouillabaisse also includes vegetables such as onions, celery, leeks, tomatoes, and potatoes which are simmered together with the broth.
