October is National Pork Month! This month became known as Pork Month because traditionally it is the time of year that pork is marketed. Now, the month is celebrated to thank pork farmers and producers for all their hard work. The National Pork Board’s website, Pork Be Inspired, provides all the information you could want on pork including its history, many cooking techniques, nutrition information, and recipes. Check it out and celebrate the month!
